A graduate of Full Sail University with a degree in Film, and trained in Advanced Line Producing at the New York Film Academy, Genevieve also received professional coverage training from a USC adjunct professor. She began her career as an editor for FOX and NASCAR, later transitioning into production. By age 16, she was already editing on Avid and shooting video for her high school.
Genevieve’s career includes work on blockbuster films such as Careful What You Wish For (starring Nick Jonas and Dermot Mulroney), The Strangers (Liv Tyler and Scott Speedman), MAX (Thomas Haden Church and Lauren Graham), prime-time TV like American Idol and Ms. V and Me! (PBS Kids), and more. She has also contributed to music videos, commercials, and documentaries.
Her work as a writer focuses on resilient women who defy the odds—just like her—set in emotionally charged, action-driven worlds that explore survival and the enduring power of hope. Her screenplays have been recognized at numerous festivals. To see her credits, click here.
